Item one: Homestead Exemption


Notwithstanding that Kenneth Feinberg is not a resident of Massachusetts and item 9 of page 17 of schedule A on the SF 278 states Bethesada,MD as Principal Residence,
second home rider on mortgage documents from Countrywide expressly directs
the property to be used as a second home only by the borrowers, Kenneth and
Andrew Feinberg (DOB: 05/26/1982) yet the property enjoys the benefits and
protections of the Homestead Exemption including an exclusion of $500,000.00
(Five-Hundred Thousand)from creditors

. WOD note: The Homestead Exemption
declaration by Feinberg was signed the same day that Feinberg agreed to using
the condo as only a second home and both documents were signed by the same notary

 

 

Note that the Homestead Exemption Declaration of the property of Andrew P.
Feinberg and Kenneth R. Feinberg that Andrew P. Feinberg, son of Kenneth
signed has the language, "I expressly reserve the right to myself and my spouse
and to the survivor of us, and to the Executor or Adminstrator of the survivorof us,
to revoke and rescind and rescind this Homestead as to ourselves and our minor,
unmarried children"

 

 

The Power of Attorney issued by Kenneth Feinberg to Andrew Feinberg was for the
sole purpose of buying property for, "my/our benefit both jointly and severally"

Item two: The high creditline from Citibank



The Feinberg home received a creditline this year from Citibank of $1,440,000 on
family home which is a creditline of over 86% of the current value. Citibank is listed
as client of Feinberg's law firm at their web site and is currently under the purview
of Pay Czar Feinberg.
WOD Note: The family home with telephone listing in Feinberg and his
wife's name
is solely in Diane Shaff Feinberg's name. Kenneth Feinberg transferred the marital
home to wife, Diane, on June 22, 1995 for one dollar

 

By Power of Attorney given to him by his wife, Kenneth Feinberg negotiated with Citibank and
signed for the 86% creditline line on the home
